A company has announced it is removing the carbon dioxide emitted from coal mines and making it into a cleaner, greener source of energy.
It’s called ‘CO2 BIN’.
And the company behind it, Green Bamboo, says it will be the cheapest option to power your home and business when it comes to powering your appliances and your home.
The company says the new product, called CO2 Bin, is made of a mix of carbon dioxide, silicon dioxide, magnesium, aluminium and iron.
It also contains water, salt and chlorine to remove the smell and taste of the coal and keep it from leaching into your food.
This is just the beginning.
Green Bamboo is now testing out its CO2 Bin.
The CO2 bin is made up of 3 different components:A carbon dioxide detector which senses carbon dioxide in the airBamboo that absorbs the carbon and creates a filterThe carbon dioxide filter will filter CO2 out of your airThe carbon filter is then filled with water which is then pumped through a membrane to the ground to release the carbonIn this way, the CO2 is captured and stored in the soil.
When it is removed, the carbon will be converted to carbon dioxide by the plant.
This process is used for a range of purposes including:Producing food, reducing CO2 emissions and storing CO2In the end, the company says its carbon dioxide is used to produce fuel and power your household.
So why would you want to buy a carbon bin?
It’s a very simple solution, but it does take a little more time to set up, install and operate.
There are a few downsides.
Firstly, it’s expensive, and you’ll need to find a way to keep your coal in the ground.
Secondly, if you’re worried about how your air is getting cleaner, you might want to consider the alternative of storing CO 2 underground.
There is also a huge risk of CO2 leaks and a risk of soil contamination, but these risks are minimal compared to the environmental damage caused by burning coal.
